1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to 7K Ray (the "Platform"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the 7kray.com website and its related services. By accessing, registering, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

By creating an account on the Platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement applicable in your country of residence, in accordance with Article 8 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and its national implementing legislation.

The minimum age to register and use the Platform without parental consent varies by country:

• 13 years: Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Argentina, and other jurisdictions where the age of digital consent is set at 13.
• 14 years: Romania, Austria, Bulgaria, Italy, Lithuania, Slovakia, Japan, South Korea, and other jurisdictions where the age of digital consent is set at 14.
• 15 years: Czech Republic, France.
• 16 years: Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Greece, Hungary, and all other jurisdictions that have not lowered the GDPR default age (16 years).

If you are under the applicable minimum age, you may only use the Platform with the consent or authorization of a parent or legal guardian. The Platform reserves the right to verify age and to request proof of parental consent where required.

By registering, you represent that you either meet the minimum age requirement for your country of residence or have obtained the necessary parental or guardian consent. The Platform applies the age requirement based on the country you select as your country of residence during registration.

3. Description of Services

7K Ray is a digital ecosystem that facilitates connections between individuals, communities, companies, and service providers. Services include, but are not limited to: discussion groups, job listings (Jobs), real estate listings (Housing), local services directory, workforce management tools, direct messaging, voice and video calls, and professional networking features.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for the security of your account. You agree not to:

• Post illegal, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory content.
• Use the Platform for spamming or phishing activities.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform's computer systems.
• Publish false or misleading advertisements (in Jobs, Housing, or Marketplace sections).

External Links: The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by 7K Ray. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any external websites. Accessing external links is at your own risk, and we encourage users to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites they visit.

5. Intellectual Property and User Content

Users retain ownership rights to the content they publish. However, by publishing content on the Platform, you grant 7K Ray a global, non-exclusive, and royalty-free license to host, archive, and display this content for the purpose of providing the services.

All design elements, logos, source code, and 7K Ray trademarks are the exclusive property of the Platform administrators.

User-Generated Content Liability: Users are solely responsible for the content they publish on the Platform, including posts, comments, messages, listings, and media files. 7K Ray does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of user-generated content. Users who post content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or the rights of third parties may be held personally liable for any resulting damages. The Platform reserves the right to remove content and take action against accounts that violate these Terms, but assumes no liability for user-generated content.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the services, including, but not limited to, loss of data or misunderstandings between employers and candidates, or between landlords and tenants.

7. Content Moderation and Reporting

Content moderation on the Platform is performed through a combination of automated artificial intelligence (AI) systems and human review. AI systems automatically scan and evaluate user-generated content for compliance with these Terms. When the AI system is uncertain or flags content that requires contextual judgment, human moderators review and make the final decision.

Neither AI systems nor human moderators are infallible. AI may produce false positives or misinterpret context, tone, sarcasm, or cultural nuances. Human moderators may also make errors in judgment. We acknowledge that moderation decisions may occasionally be incorrect.

If you believe that a moderation action taken against your content, account, or activity was wrongfully applied — including post removal, comment deletion, status changes, or any other restriction — you have the right to appeal. Please contact our support team at legal@7kray.com with details of the affected content and the action taken. All appeals are reviewed by a human moderator, and decisions may be reversed if the initial action is found to be incorrect.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms, whether detected automatically or based on reports received from users.

8. Prohibited Content

The following categories of content are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will be removed upon detection, whether by AI or human moderators:

• Weapons: Any content promoting the sale, manufacture, or illegal use of firearms or weapons.
• Drugs: Any content promoting the consumption or sale of illegal substances.
• Child Exploitation: Zero tolerance for any form of exploitation, abuse, or sexual content involving minors.
• Hate Speech and Harassment: Severe insults, hate speech, racism, or harassment of any kind.
• Deceptive Content (Bait & Switch): Advertisements or posts where the title and description do not match the actual content or destination (e.g., promising a product but redirecting to gambling or unrelated pages).
• Political Content: Any political content, electoral propaganda, or heated political debates, from any country and in any language.

9. Adult Content Policy

The Platform permits adult-oriented content that does not violate the Prohibited Content rules outlined in Section 8, including content of a mature nature intended for adult audiences. However, such content is subject to the following restrictions:

• Age Restriction: Adult content is visible only to registered users who are 18 years of age or older. The Platform automatically determines a user's age based on the date of birth provided at registration and filters adult content accordingly.
• Automatic Classification: Both posts and individual comments are analyzed by the Platform's AI moderation system. If the AI determines that a post or comment contains adult-oriented content, it is automatically flagged and hidden from users under 18 years of age.
• Comment-Level Filtering: A post that is not classified as adult content may still contain individual comments that are. In such cases, only the specific comments flagged as adult content are hidden from underage users, while the original post remains visible.
• Zero Tolerance for Minors: Notwithstanding the above, any adult content that involves, depicts, or exploits minors in any way is strictly prohibited and will be immediately removed. Such content may also be reported to the relevant authorities.

Users posting adult content are responsible for ensuring that their content complies with these Terms. The Platform reserves the right to reclassify or remove content at its discretion.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

The Platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate user accounts at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Repeated violations of these Terms or the Prohibited Content rules.
• Creation of fake, fraudulent, or impersonating accounts.
• Spamming, phishing, or abusive behavior toward other users.
• Unauthorized access attempts or security breaches.
• Failure to provide accurate information during registration, including false age or identity.

Users may request account deletion at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, user content may be removed from the Platform, subject to the data retention periods outlined in Section 5.

Suspended or terminated users may appeal the decision by contacting legal@7kray.com. Appeals are reviewed by human moderators.

11. Changes to These Terms

The Platform reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.

It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may discontinue use of the Platform and request account deletion.

For significant changes that materially affect user rights or obligations, the Platform will make reasonable efforts to notify users through in-platform notifications or email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising from the use of the Platform shall be settled amicably or, otherwise, by the competent courts of Romania.
